FORMULA 17 is a story of an old fashioned boy named Chou Tien-Tsai who was searching for true love and Bai Teih Nan the boy whose heart died a long time ago and has a problem with kissing someone.
Chou believed in making love to someone he truly loves and not just to have sex with anyone. In fact, he still has not used the lucky condom his friend Yu got for him from Japan and he keeps on reading a book titled “Love is a kind of Faith”.
Chou met Bai in a bar where his friend Yu works as a bartender. Bai Teih Nan the alleged playboy of Taipei. People around Chou warned him to avoid this guy because he has broken so many hearts of young boys. He was also called the ultimate one night-stander for he never falls in love. Bai became aware of Chou when Chou accidentally divulged he is still a virgin in front of many people and Bai somewhat had a liking to Chou.
